#AJustFaith is a black LGBTQ multi-faith, multi-ethnic, and multi-generational coalition of people who speak, teach and organize to create a just world for all. We are inspired by our faiths’ most positive values to promote love for all humankind and responsible stewardship of our world.
The founding members of #AJustFaith convened for the first time in October 2014 in Salt Lake City, UT. Hosted by the National LGBTQ Task Force, we shared our vision for a world without oppression and violence, and imagined ways our faiths could motivate us to share that vision with others and, more importantly, work with others to make the vision real.
We proudly donated a stole to the LGBT Religious Archives Network’s Shower of Stoles project.
